How long does it take you to ship my item?
Delivery within Australia - We will usually send your item within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Do you ship internationally?
We can, please contact us before making an order to see if we can ship it to you!
Can I return an item?
Returns accepted within 14 days after the buyer receives the item.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges (if applicable)

What Payment services do you offer?
We would prefer payment made via PayPal or Credit Card through our website, however we can arrange bank deposit if you contact us first.
What Does Postage Cost?
For each purchase there is a standard postage of $12.60-AUD. For purchases $200- and over we offer free postage Australia wide. Select the Free Shipping option at the checkout if you have unlocked this bonus!

Are The Colours of Yarn Shown Accurate to what I will receive?
Please note that we do our best to give showcase to the beautiful colours of our yarns! However be aware that every monitor or screen displays colours a little bit differently!
Is your Packaging Recyclable?
Yes! We use recyclable and compostable packaging materials wherever possible, including Australia Post boxes sealed with compostable tape and recycled tough bags.
