How long does it take you to ship my item?

Delivery within Australia – We will usually send your item within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Do you ship internationally?

We can, please contact us before making an order to see if we can ship it to you!

Can I return an item?

Returns accepted within 14 days after the buyer receives the item.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges (if applicable)

What Does Postage Cost?

For each purchase there is a standard postage of $12.60-AUD.  For purchases $99- and over we offer free postage Australia wide. Select the Free Shipping option at the checkout if you have unlocked this bonus!

Are The Colours of Yarn Shown Accurate to what I will receive?
